In 1980, Mark creates the band Marine. Their funky punky sound will make them popular in London, Brussels, Paris and Amsterdam. 3 singles on “Les disques du Crépuscule”.
In 1984, Mark forms with Dee-J., the legendary trash rock band La Muerte. The band will work with such personalities as Richard 23 from Front 242 (electro) and Arno (TC MATIC). La Muerte will travel throughout Europe for 10 years (England, France, Spain, Switzerland, Germany…).
In 1994, Mark gets passionate for Jesse Franco and Mario Brava! His work will be led by his love for striptease, fast cars, the 60’s, B-literature and dark movies. His starts the production of his first short movie Nicky the Stripper which is a big success in Spain. 1996: he assimilates the methods of Roger Corman and with the help of Diesel, he gets to work on his second short movie: Nitro Nicky. The premiere will bring more than 1000 people together. Then, Mark produces Dragstrip 69, an experimental documentary, which will be projected at the national film libraries of Paris and Brussels. In 1999, he produces the low budget dark movie Dago Cassandra, and his first real documentary Bonneville or Bust, about the champions at the speed trials on the Salt Flats of Nevada. At the same time, he will produce about ten video clips and some musical documentaries for Canal +.
