Nathalie Basteyns and Kaat Beels are a Brussels’ based directors and writers duo.

They acheived great renown with their series Clan and Beau Séjour (Thriller king Stephen King is a fan!). Together they directed Façades in 2017, an intimate film about forgetting and cheating. In Swooni (Kaat Beels, 2011), the lives of six people cross each other in a luxury hotel.

We also look back at their older work in a compilation of short films, including the prize-winning Cologne, De Kus and Bedtime Stories, their graduation projects from filmschool Sint Lukas, and Still-Living, a documentary about one of the last taboos: suicide.
